Beirut, 24 January 2012 A Memorandum of Understanding was signed today in Burj el-Barajneh Palestinian refugee camp between the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) and Lebanon’s Ministry of Social Affairs.
